Brief
Alisonn were appointed to deliver a fully integrated, high-performance technology solution for a 28,000 sq ft luxury single dwelling in St James’s Square, London. The brief was to design, install, and maintain a seamless system that brings lighting, audio, video, cinema, networking, building management, and security together in a sophisticated, intuitive, and reliable manner.
The focus was on creating an environment where every system performs flawlessly, integrates harmoniously with the architecture, and delivers a world-class living experience.

Alisonn implemented a comprehensive, state-of-the-art technology ecosystem across the property:
Lighting & Shading – Lutron systems controlling lights, Roman and roller blinds, and curtain tracks, delivering elegant, intuitive control and mood-setting flexibility.
Control & Automation – Crestron control systems provide unified management of lighting, audio, video, shading, BMS, and security, tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle.
Audio & Video Distribution – Crestron NAX and Innosonix audio distribution, delivering music throughout the home via Wisdom Audio, Sonance, Nakymatone, and K-Array speakers. Crestron DM-NVX 4K video distribution ensures that display systems are seamlessly integrated into the control ecosystem for intuitive operation.
Cinema & Media Rooms – Dedicated Dolby Atmos cinema and media spaces, featuring Wisdom Audio speakers and Arcam amplification and processing, calibrated by our cinema specialists for immersive, reference-level performance.
Networking – High-performance Cisco and Ruckus infrastructure ensures robust, reliable connectivity across the property.
BMS Integration – Polar Bear Zentiu units allow for simple user-intuitive control of the temperature and towel rails. The BMS is also integrated to the Crestron control platform for the entire property
World-class installation engineers delivered every aspect of the system with precision, while cinema calibration specialists ensured the rooms achieved the highest performance standards.
Alisonn also holds the service contract for the property, with our Aftercare team providing proactive maintenance, rapid support, and ongoing system optimisation.
