Guy Murray

Guy has been part of the UK audio-visual industry since 2006, building deep experience across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. During 19 years with a major AV integrator, he moved through roles in procurement and bespoke sales, eventually leading the residential division and guiding large-scale projects across multi-dwelling developments, private homes, hotels, and members’ clubs.

What defines Guy’s approach is his instinct for understanding clients and what they truly need from their systems. He takes pride in shaping solutions that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and genuinely well-matched to the people who will be using them.

As founder of Alisonn, Guy leads sales across all areas of the business. His focus is on ensuring every system we deliver feels considered, well designed, and aligned with the standards of quality and care that sit at the heart of our work.

Matthew Bentley

Matt’s journey into audio-visual technology began long before his career did. Early memories of building loudspeakers with his father sparked an interest in engineering that stayed with him, eventually steering him from motorsport into the world of acoustics and system design. His ongoing fascination with room acoustics, loudspeaker behaviour, and technical optimisation continues to shape how he works today.

Over the years, Matt has designed and delivered projects around the world, from luxury residential and semi-commercial cinemas to corporate AV systems and performance spaces. He approaches every project with a balance of technical precision and genuine care for the end result, always aiming to get the very best from the space and the equipment.

Matt now leads project operations and delivery at Alisonn, ensuring each system is installed, tuned, and finished to the highest possible standard.

Sam Vaughan

Sam brings a calm, client-first approach to every project he supports. He began his career as a service engineer, working across both residential and commercial systems, which gave him a deep understanding of how technology behaves in the real world and what clients need from the systems they depend on every day.

Known for being approachable, detailed, and technically precise, Sam takes pride in making sure systems work exactly as they should — not just on day one, but throughout their life. He believes the measure of a good system is how reliable and easy to live with it remains long after installation, and he is committed to keeping clients supported, informed, and confident.

Sam now leads Alisonn’s service and aftercare operations, ensuring every system continues to perform smoothly and consistently, and that clients always have someone they trust to look after their technology.
