Brief
Centre Point stands as one of London’s most iconic residential developments, with every apartment delivered pre-fitted with an integrated Crestron system controlling lighting, window treatments, BMS functions, and the building’s intercom platform. Each residence was also pre-wired for multiroom audio, video distribution, and enhanced networking — ensuring long-term flexibility for future upgrades.
Alisonn were appointed to upgrade several Almacantar apartments for specific client needs, enhancing both the user experience and the technical capability of the existing systems. These spanned across lighting, shading, HVAC, intercom, CCTV, and AV systems.
